CodeReview AI — Terms of Service

Service Description
CodeReview AI is an automated code review tool that analyzes pull requests against your team's documentation. The service is provided by Alexander Sucala ("Provider").
Acceptance
By installing the CodeReview AI GitHub App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.
Permitted Use
- You may use CodeReview AI on any GitHub repository where you have administrative access.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the documentation you provide to the system.
- You may not use the service to process content that violates applicable law.
Service Limitations
- CodeReview AI provides automated suggestions, not legal, security, or architectural guarantees.
- Findings should be reviewed by qualified team members before acting on them.
- The service may experience downtime, rate limits, or processing delays.
- AI-generated findings (marked with 💭) are suggestions and may not be accurate.
Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to your code, documentation, and repository content.
- The Provider retains all rights to the CodeReview AI system, including its architecture, algorithms, and methods.
- Review findings generated by the service are provided for your use without restriction.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Provider does not guarantee that the service will identify all issues in your code, nor that findings will be free of false positives.
Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of CodeReview AI, including but not limited to damages from missed security vulnerabilities, incorrect findings, or service interruptions.
Beta Period
CodeReview AI is currently in beta. During this period, the service is provided free of charge. The Provider reserves the right to modify features, pricing, or availability at any time.
Termination
You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App. The Provider may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the GitHub App or email.
